Canon Announces XS Quoter on Salesforce AppExchange, the World’s Leading Enterprise Apps Marketplace

New XS Quoter app enables Canon customers to create sophisticated sales quotes with upsell and cross-sell product information 

San Francisco – Dreamforce 2014 – October 13, 2014 – Canon Information and Imaging Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., today announced it has launched XS Quoter on Salesforce AppExchange, empowering businesses to connect with customers, partners and employees in a whole new way. The new app, designed especially for sales professionals based on the capabilities of Canon’s Forms and Print Services for Salesforce, enables users to quickly and seamlessly import data from Salesforce to create attention-grabbing quotes that can include information and images of products, as well as related products for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The professional-looking PDF quotes are generated with a few clicks, and can then be easily saved, emailed and printed.

Built on the Salesforce1 Platform, the social, mobile and cloud customer platform built to transform sales, service and marketing, XS Quoter is currently available on the AppExchange at www.appexchange.com.

XS Quoter Key Features

Users of the new, free app can access the quote creation function directly from Salesforce1, by pressing a button that will pull relevant information from the database to create a PDF document in the cloud. Images of related products can be easily included, to help users upsell or cross-sell other offerings and boost their sales results. To achieve even more robust forms design capabilities, to create other types of documents, XS Quoter customers can upgrade to Forms and Print Services for Salesforce – a Canon solution for sophisticated document creation and mobile printing, which is also available on Salesforce AppExchange.
